Seven-day, six-night retreats are an invitation to slow down and reconnect beside the sea.

Each morning starts with meditation, followed by an inspiring yoga session; afternoons are free for swimming, paddleboarding, exploring the island, or peaceful moments at Delfini Beach.

Most evenings conclude with restorative yoga as the sun sets over the Aegean. Nourishing meals, light Greek snacks, and a Reiki session support your wellness throughout the week.

About the Instructor

Tara Loftis is a yoga instructor, a licensed hypnotherapist, and a Reiki healer. Her yoga training includes certifications in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow from Sampoorna Yoga School (India), Restorative Tantra from Shri Kali Ashram (India), and Hatha Yoga + Kirtan from Wild Lotus (New Orleans). Her classes are designed for all levels, so expect some spice but also space to explore whatever your body needs.

Her flows and music playlists are a special craft—a mix of different poses and styles meant to keep you engaged and make the experience fun and light. Her teaching is enriched by detailed alignment cues and insights from over 15 years of teaching and practice. Many say the highlight of her classes is the cool lavender towel she places over your eyes during savasana.

When she isn’t leading healing sessions or yoga classes, Tara might be closing real estate deals, managing her family’s business (Reese & Co), traveling, attending festivals, solving puzzles, dog-sitting, or spending time with her beloved and spoiled rescue dog, George.
